Adella is one of two crazy women that I live with in Taipei. Laurie is my other housemate whom I've lived with since 1996. (Oops, update... they both left Taiwan already, darn it!) Adella used to live in Beijing before she came to Taiwan, teaching English in Taipei and preparing students for college entrance exams.

Cheerful, funny, twisted, and sarcastic, it's hard not to crack up whenever she's around. She is always smiling, and let me tell you something, she's got an awesome smile!

That being said, I should probably also mention the way she laughs. Well I don't know if I can describe her laughter in words exactly, but suffice it to say that when she laughs, it makes us laugh, even if we don't know what she's laughing about. There have been plenty of times that I was working away on my computer when I all of a sudden hear her burst out laughing in the living room. And each time she does that, I can't help but want to stop what I'm doing to go out and see what she's laughing about. It's SO annoying! LOL... Adella is way cool!
