"Stanley Market and more shopping..."
This morning was a bit of a challenge, as Corrina, the kids, and myself had to stop by the Airport Express Station in Central before going to Stanley Market so that I could meet up with Gus real quick and give him a package to take to Taipei for me.
It was actually a relatively HEAVY box of NuSkin products that you-know-who asked me to bring him from the U.S.
I did NOT want to lug that thing around China!
And Gus was kind enough to take it back for him for me.
It was kind of weird to be saying goodbye to Gus here in Hong Kong... I spent so much time with him over the years and now here we are saying goodbye under such unusual circumstances... am I actually getting sentimental about Gus?
A rhetorical question...
Anyway, we had a great time at Stanley Market (well I THINK we did, lol!) in spite of the very humid weather and once again I bought some more clothes which just makes me all giddy! Nothing beats the prices, the sizes, and the efficiencies of shopping in Hong Kong for a woman with a body like mine. =)
We got back around 3 p.m. I think and hung around the house until later on that evening before taking off for Corrina's office where we spent a good couple of hours. She needed to work on an upcoming conference and I got to work on a TON of stuff for ORIENTED as there is so much going on recently, which I will touch on later.
It's all good. =)
Going to her offices was an exciting experience as well because a) I finally got to see the inside of Coke Regional Hong Kong, and b) I got to sit down at a real desk and concentrate 110%, that which I haven't had the opportunity to do in a very long time.
Here's Corrina with her fake smile, per usual:
And here I am attempting to show off my tiny little muscles and looking pretty stupid, per usual...
