Thursday, December 28th Coffee with college roommates... I hung around the house all morning, trying to get some work done and spending quality time with the family. In the afternoon however, I went out to meet Tracey and Andy downtown for coffee, as they were also in town for the holidays.
![]() To my surprise, Aimee was there as well! Just before leaving the house, I seriously thought about cancelling out because I was so tired at that point, but since I didn't get to see them the last time we were all in town and since I seem to be perpetually tired, I went anyway. It was fun catching up, per usual. It's hard to believe that so much time has passed since we were all in college! But Trace and Aimee haven't changed a bit, and I suppose, neither have I.

I've been in the States for a week now and still am unable to get over the jet lag. Each night I'm up until 3 a.m., and each afternoon I'm crashed out between 6 and 9 p.m. No bueno, but at this point it's not worth trying to change over. Today was catch-up day as I finally got a chance to call everyone and figure out upcoming plans. I was considering cancelling my plans to go to New York for New Years simply because I'm SO VERY TIRED of traveling, but after talking to Ray and Jenny (the three of us had been playing phone tag for DAYS), I decided to go anyway.
