Deep breath. I've set the end of the month of October to complete this business plan. Almost there. Final sections to complete are the financials, and an outline of the organizational structure. I look at the old Excel macros I created based on the original business model and think to myself HECK NO.

Estimated user base I'm keeping -- how we determined regional growth of the English-speaking community in the major metropolitan areas of Greater China PER HEAD was most creative but imho quite logical, since such demographic statistics are currently N/A -- but I'd rather rebuild the rev formulas from scratch than to try and adjust from the original macros from a much more complicated (and idealistically naive) business model. THAT WOULD BE SUICIDAL.

So that's that.

Nelson and Quynh finally posted up all of their pictures online from their wedding celebrations in Vegas earlier this year. They were so much fun to go through, brought back lots of cool memories and I am SO GLAD I keep this journal. I tell ya. And I've said this before. My dearest Quynh looks SO MUCH like Zhang ZiYi it ain't even funny. Maybe they look different when they smile, but if you've ever seen Quynh PEEVED, you will see what I see, and that is --> Zhang Ziyi.
