Hey Peeps!

It's Acer Ginny doing a guest gig on Christine's soapbox =) I feel like I just opened up her secret diary...ooh, the evil things I can do.

*BTW --it's hard to concentrate because Ms.ORIENTED herself is on the side distracting me by taking digital pictures of me...and rambling about random topics...laughing to herself...and psychoanalyzing about men*

Actually, I'm a bit rusty because I've taken a break from writing on my personal blog. But since Christine appeared on my site as a guest writer a while back, I decided it would be fun if I returned the favor.

Not to gloat...oh what the heck...I am going to! I am her very first guest writer (probably her last after she reads this entry).

*BTW -- I think she fell asleep while waiting for me to finish. I am now typing really slow and quiet cuz the poor girl needs more Zzzzzs*

We met up after our gym workout. It was really nice to catch up with her over some subway sandwiches and Lay's potatoe chips (was tempted to get a Snapple, myself). We don't get enough quality time like this because of our crazy schedules.

Despite having seen her at the ORIENTED happy hour last night, we learn more about each other's lives one-on-one in 10 minutes than we do in a group setting in ten hours.

She asked me to recap on ORIENTED a bit but I'm too lazy to write everthing..so here's the very short version:

• U rging people to put on name tags
• C olorful people
• C ontagious laughter (Christine's)
• E ntertaining waitresses
• S illy Michael S. (the "kick me" signs)
• S o many new faces
• F ree drinks for the guys
• U nderstandably a popular gathering
• L ots of yummy dishes

*Oops -- she's awake now. I think she's planning to work a bit after I leave. Nutty girl =)*
