This always happens to me.

Feeling homesick every time I see old friends. I tried to get some stuff done this morning including my U.S. taxes but at best I got my room cleaned and then had to take off for the airport to meet Corrina and Alvin. Got there just in time and MAN is it ever good to see them (Alex didn’t come this time). It’s not been the same since they left Hong Kong and even though I know they’ll be moving back soon, it still seems like an eternity, and who knows where I’ll be by then.

I still can’t believe we’ve known each other for ten years now, and yet none of us have really changed after all these years. Well, I take that back. Alvin looks EXACTLY the same. Corrina has gained 25 pounds (she’s pregnant). Me? Well, Corrina says I lost weight but actually I am exactly the same. We still take the same poses though, i.e., one godsister trying to shove food into the other godsister’s mouth while acting as if nothing is going on:

I don’t know how many pictures we have like that. STUPID. Corrina was complaining out the wazoo about the fact that I don’t mention her that often on my website. I responded that she doesn’t even participate in our Discussion Forums much less DEFEND me with the whole Honda Boy / Volvo offensive going on. SHE replied, "ALVIN drives a Volvo! Volvos are very dependable!" Great. Anyway, Corrina brought me the COOLEST thing that anybody can ever ask for -- two JUMBO cans of Chef Boyardee BEEF RAVIOLI! Ohhhh YUMMY!!

I made an entire page in the photo album just for my dearest Corrina. We’re running out
to dinner soon with a bunch of people but before I forget... on the way to the airport I had a rather lengthy discussion with Acer Ginny about a TOTALLY, WILD project that I can’t talk about just yet, but suffice it to say that it will involve all those participating in the Forums, and then some. My mind is a'twirling... and so is hers. LOL!
