On this date last year...


"Within the past 24 hours..."

I got the following documents:

  • Term sheets from my lawyer for shareholders

  • Revised web proposal from the design company

  • ORIENTED.COM, Inc. registration documents
For the first half of the day, I was jumping up and down. YES!

But for the latter half of the day -- when I realized just how much work lies ahead of me -- I started to feel a little... dizzy. All of the above with the exception of the company registration package requires my in-depth review.

HOLY COW.

" ORIENTED.COM, Inc. is now a legally incorporated business."

I think I'll leave it at that for the day and just enjoy the moment. =)
