The EB was a breeze to send out.

Unfortunately we weren't able to include the pocket digital camera promotional that we were hoping to roll out today because of some minor details, but here's a preview of what's to come for next week.

Pretty much the only reason we're doing this is because we like the cameras so much and lots of our friends want some too, so we're leveraging the numbers. Otherwise, Gus and I aren't in a position to be rolling out product promotionals at this stage and are very careful in general not to roll out new programs that we aren't certain we can manage and manage well. IFF this trial run should turn out to be a huge success, perhaps we'll reconsider, but I doubt it. We'll see what happens.

Gus gave me the thumbs up to include an insert about HeyChristine.com in the EB, but I'm holding off until next week because I'm setting him up with an office cam as well. Might as well "Meet the founders of ORIENTED" while we're at it. Plus, it's my gift to him for putting up with me. I can be a pain in the *bleep* sometimes. I admit it. Anyway, that will be another 1,000+ targeted people to whom I will have sold my SOUL. It is time to open the curtains, get the word out about our efforts, and solicit help. That, or move on to something else.

I knew this was going to happen.

Sigh... I'm gradually getting more "I noticed you didn't put my name on your friends' list but that's OKAY really!" and am starting to think that I either should rename the list as "Cast of Characters" instead or just list ALL the names from my Baby Name Book just to make sure I don't miss anyone!!

One more time for the record.

The bulk of the profiles as shown are close friends of over a DECADE and whom I am still very close with. Others are of people I happened to have seen more of in the last three months, OR, who have personalities that are a lot easier to describe than others. Some may not be listed but have full-page features within the entries. Just because you may not be listed doesn't mean we are *not* friends!! HELP!

I was way too AMBITIOUS about how many profiles I could finish before I launched the site. It is *not* easy to try and express in words how I really feel about each person. This site is as much a tribute to them and a big "thanks" for all the support they've given me over the years as it is a self-promotional tool and personal journal. I'd like to promote *everyone* if I can, so Vince --> You are NOT just a peon!! REALLY. I SWEAR.

What does "being bored" MEAN exactly?

A couple of people have noted that I look bored on the office cam. This made me smile. Truthfully speaking... I don't think I've EVER been bored since the day I was BORN. My mind works overtime at ALL times and I often look forward to having nothing to do so that I can clear my head and think some more! GODS. FYI, Gus is the same way. I have NEVER known him to be bored. I don't think he knows what that means either.

If I'm looking pretty serious it's because at the office, I most certainly AM serious. Put your cursor over the photo to see what I mean. As I write this, I have 9 applications open and I'm using ALL of them, which is why my hands hurt like #&*%! Ever tried juggling? That is the degree of concentration I maintain when I'm in front of the computer. I stare straight ahead. I may sound like an absolute RETARD in these journals but I am PSYCHO when it comes to my work, however defined. Ain't it obvious?! I'm not just sittin' around, pickin' my nose, ok...
