I have a lot to say for this particular entry but only have time right now to jot down my notes. Click here however to see the photos I took today. It's cool, though what I find a little funny is that Jim seems to appear randomly in various places throughout my photos, lol.

• Met up with Uly, Amy, and Mrs. Hui at the Opera House. The six of us made for quite a JOLLY group! And by the end of the day it would appear that Mrs. Hui gained three more kids -- Jim, Flora, and me!

  

• From there, we went in search of a certain Shanghainese restaurant that Mrs. Hui heard had awesome food, that was supposedly in the vicinity.

• We ended up going to another restaurant instead, as the one she was looking for had apparently turned into a short-stop chain restaurant.

• We all took the subway to Nanjing Road and walked around outside, very nice!

• Then we visited the Peace Hotel where Mrs. Hui used to stay in the 70s when she worked for British Telecom out of London, she had some really cool stories to tell!

• From there we walked over to the Bund (very nice), although we almost got CRUSHED to death in the underground walkway, lol!

  

• Rode the WEIRD GLASS BUBBLE to Pudong and tripped out! The only thing we were missing was some E as that whole ride was totally whacky!

• At Pudong, we went to the famous Cloud 9 at the Hyatt, where we sat and chilled out and enjoyed the view.

• From there, Jim, Flora and I said our goodbyes and went back to the silk store at Xu Ja Hui for her wedding chi-pao fitting. Jim passed out on the seat waiting for us, poor guy! He was coughing a lot the whole time we were there in Shanghai.

• And by the time we got home at around 8 p.m., we were exhausted, and never went back out that night, though we did watch Bridget Jone's Diary up at Frank's place. LOL!
